I leave you this week with a final housekeeping issue. After posting “Introducing the Heroes”, I received some questions as to who they were, what they did, etc. So before I get into the essence of these posts, I will give a brief rundown of the Heroes. (No favoritism was used in the listing of these men)
Introducing Jonathan (the wise) Bailey
Known for: Wisdom beyond his years, Being Co-Owner of powerpointsermons.com, his passion for Jack & coke with a dash of coconut rum.
Introducing Josh (Ben Stiller) Bailey
Yes he is an identical twin to Jon.
Known for: Passion for the Jesus Way, Humor, and when he dances he freakishly resembles Ben Stiller
Introducing David (The Stone) Yount
Known for: Loyalty that cannot be shaken, sports knowledge, an insane ability to never display emotion.
Introducing Terry (The Open Book) Robbins
Known for: Openness to raw accountability and community, passion for people and all things Jesus, a tendency to lose feeling in his legs at social functions.
Introducing Trey (The Old Man) Williford
Known For: Being the best ex-youth pastor in Dallas, finding enjoyment in watching TBN, being old.
Introducing Zach (Small Hands) Silvers
Known for: Openness and candor in all things Jesus, small right hand, small left hand

I will say the “apple bottom jeans” song did make my reading experience more enjoyable. Great suggestion and lovely tune! “Shorty had them apple bottom jeans, boots with the fur. The whole club was lookin’ at her…” Well you just have to listen for yourself.
